Interests and current work: Chair of the Young Diabetologists and Endocrinologists Forum. Currently undertaking a PhD supervised by Dr Pratik Choudhary and Professor Stephanie Amiel focusing on the impact of hypoglycaemia on the brain particularly in those who have impaired awareness of hypoglycaemia. Further interests include the use of diabetes technology in managing problematic hypoglycaemia.
